Britannia Industries has officially announced that Executive Director and CEO, Rajneet Singh Kohli, has resigned from his position to pursue an external opportunity.

Kohli submitted his resignation on March 5, 2025, and the Board of Directors approved it through a circular resolution on March 6, 2025.

He will be officially relieved from his duties at the close of business hours on March 14, 2025.
